The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Frank Tenney Johnson was an American painter known for his depictions of the American West, particularly his images of cowboys, Native Americans, and landscapes. He was born in 1874 in Iowa and grew up on a farm, where he developed a love for horses and the outdoors. He later studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and the Académie Julian in Paris.

Johnson's paintings were characterized by a distinctive use of light and shadow, which he used to create a sense of drama and atmosphere. His paintings often featured dramatic sunsets, moonlit nights, and other dramatic natural settings, which he used to highlight the rugged beauty of the West.

In addition to his work as a painter, Johnson was also an accomplished illustrator and worked for numerous magazines and publishers. His illustrations were characterized by a strong sense of narrative and a keen eye for detail, and helped to popularize the image of the West in the popular imagination.
