Union Pacific #949 was on display at Railfest 2013 in North Platte, NE.

I took a base HDR image composed of 3 exposures to develop a base image to work with. Next, I added layers of motion blur to make this look like it was moving forward. Then, I added layers of tones, layers of light beams, and headlight and running light beams to finish the image off.
